SHIPPING:

All items are made to order once payment is received and will ship within 3–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage (Economy).

  • Shipping Rates: $5 for orders under $100

  • Free Shipping: On all orders of $100 or more

  • Priority Upgrade: $10 flat rate (available at checkout for any order)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

RETURNS:

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please inform me within 48 hours of delivery.

You can return unused, unwashed products up to 14 days after receiving your shipment. A 25% restocking fee applies, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.  In case of a workroom error, please send me photographs of the issue. If the return is due to my mistake, I will cover the return shipping costs and either exchange or fully refund.

Products must be returned in their original inner packaging or plastic sleeve. 

  • Returned merchandise must be in perfect original condition and not have been used, laundered, or altered in any way. Please ensure no pet hair, inadvertent dirt marks, or odors on any returned items.
  • You are eligible for a refund only after Betsie & Co. receives the items and confirms they are in perfect, resellable condition.
  • Please include a copy of your invoice and ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Betsie & Co. is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. Email me the return tracking information.

Please note: I DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on items for custom orders. I cannot accept returns due to incorrect measurements supplied to me.

I may not accept returns based on fabric selection if the client has not requested a free fabric swatch before ordering. Free fabric swatches are available upon request.  Request Free Swatches

CANCELLATIONS:

My products are made-to-order. Once an order is placed, there is a 12-hour window to make changes or cancel, but only if work has yet to start on the products.
